Multilocus Sequence Typing of Clinical Isolates of Cryptococcus from India

This study analyzed 208 Indian Cryptococcus isolates using multilocus sequence typing (MLST). Indian Cryptococcus neoformans and Cryptococcus gattii species complex isolates showed limited diversity compared to global strains.
