Hemangioblastoma: An Unsuspected Pitfall in PSMA PET/CT

Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) was intensely overexpressed in a rare hemangioblastoma (HB) tumor. This finding suggests PSMA ligands may target tumor vasculature in non-prostate cancers.
