True hyperprolactinemia in men without visible pituitary adenoma

Men with hyperprolactinemia and normal pituitary imaging, often termed idiopathic hyperprolactinemia, can experience hormonal normalization and symptom improvement with medication. This study characterized such a cohort, showing positive outcomes with medical treatment.
