Summary

Reduced creatine-phosphocreatine brain diffusivity in the thalamus (ADC(tCr)) is linked to thalamo-cortical tract damage in multiple sclerosis (MS). This finding suggests a connection between energy metabolism dysfunction and fiber degeneration in MS patients.
