[Perfusion scintigraphy of the lungs in chest injuries]

The paper is concerned with an analysis of data obtained during pulmonary dynamic perfusion scintigraphy with labeled albumin microspheres in patients with a closed chest trauma with lung and heart affection, and in controls. The use of a model of RP kinetics and quantitative indices proposed on its basis, permitted to reveal the main peculiarities of disturbance of the regional pulmonary blood flow and their interrelationships with myocardial contractility.
