Latanoprost-loaded cyclodextrin microaggregate suspension eye drops for enhanced bioavailability and stability

Novel latanoprost (LAT) eye drops using cyclodextrin (γCD) microaggregates significantly enhance ocular bioavailability and stability compared to Xalatan®. This formulation offers improved precorneal retention and aqueous humor distribution for better drug delivery.
