Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is associated with altered immune responses. This study found that elevated Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels correlate with HBV infection, suggesting their potential use in diagnosis and monitoring disease progression.
