Abstract:
We are presenting an interesting case of Pneumonia, who after good initial response deteriorated with recurrent hemoptysis. On culture of bronchial aspirate, patient had coexisting fungal infection and on repeat bronchoscopy showed a unique and rare picture. There was a dancing ball in RUL which was moving. Patient was initially managed conservatively but finally had to undergo lobectomy to achieve permanent cure.
