Associations between body composition and cognitive function in an elderly Korean population: A cohort-based

Obesity and cognitive decline are linked in aging populations. This study found that higher body mass index (BMI) and fat mass, but not fat-free mass, correlated positively with cognitive function in elderly Korean men.
