This study suggests that 18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) can enhance the diagnosis of myocarditis. FDG-PET/CT may improve accuracy and aid in risk stratification for patients with suspected myocarditis.
