Treatment experience in two adults with creatinfe transporter deficiency

Betaine supplements show promise for treating adults with creatine transporter deficiency (CTD), an X-linked intellectual disability. This study found betaine well-tolerated and effective, unlike arginine or glycine, suggesting a potential new therapeutic avenue for CTD patients.
