Individuals with primary hyperhidrosis (PHH) show higher odds of prior diagnoses for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), restless legs syndrome (RLS), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and insomnia. Understanding these links may improve PHH and psychiatric condition management.
