[Rituximab immunomonitoring in autoimmune diseases: a support tool in clinical practice?]

Immune monitoring of rituximab, especially anti-rituximab antibodies, can benefit patients with autoimmune diseases. This monitoring is useful for suspected serum sickness and secondary non-response, with B-cell non-depletion as an early indicator.

Conclusions:
- Rituximab immune monitoring, particularly anti-rituximab antibodies, shows potential benefits in autoimmune diseases.
- Monitoring is suggested for suspected serum sickness and secondary non-response (indicated by B-cell non-depletion).
- Larger, disease-specific studies are needed to confirm these findings.
