Reevaluating Patient Eligibility for Inotuzumab Ozogamicin Based on CD22 Expression: Is Dim Expression Sufficient?

Inotuzumab ozogamicin (InO) can benefit B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) patients even with low CD22 expression. This case study shows InO offers survival benefits and improved quality of life for B-ALL patients.
