Interleukin-7 protects CD8+ T cells from adenosine-mediated immunosuppression

Interleukin-7 (IL-7) signaling helps CD8+ T cells accumulate in tumors by blocking adenosine-induced immunosuppression. Inhibition of the transcription factor FoxO1 is key to this protective effect, offering new cancer immunotherapy strategies.
