High Performance Bi-2212 Round Wires Made with Recent Powders

Bismuth-2212 round wire, a high-temperature superconductor, shows improved critical current density thanks to overpressure heat treatment. This advancement makes it a promising conductor for high-field magnets in NMR and accelerators.
