Summary

Disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) for multiple sclerosis (MS) impact brain functional connectivity (FC). Patients achieving no evidence of disease activity (NEDA) after fingolimod showed distinct baseline FC and significant reorganization, correlating with improved performance.
