Summary

This study found that some patients with neuropathic postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) have skin phosphorylated alpha-synuclein (P-SYN) deposits. These patients may differ from those without P-SYN in terms of sex, sleep disorders, and gastrointestinal symptoms.
