The neck circumference/height ratio (NHR) can effectively screen for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (MS-OSA), performing comparably to the derived STOP-Bang Questionnaire (dSBQ). This anthropometric measure offers a viable alternative for MS-OSA screening across diverse body types.
