1Mark Evans, MA, CCM, CLCP, CRC, CBIS, is the Director of Case Management Services and Clinical Administration. Mark's leadership role includes direct oversight of the Case Management Department, clinical logistics, aspects of corporate compliance, and process improvement. He also manages client satisfaction and outcomes reporting. Mark's experience in the field of brain injury includes a variety of areas, both clinical and administrative. Mark began his career at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers in 1988. Mark currently serves on the National Board of Directors of the Case Management Society of America, the Case Management Society of America Foundation, and is the past president of the Detroit Chapter of the Case Management Society of America. Mark is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit. He is a board certified professional case manager, a certified life care planner, a certified rehabilitation counselor, and a certified brain injury specialist.
