Mandibular Distraction Osteogenesis as a Primary Intervention in Infants With Pierre Robin Sequence

Mandibular distraction osteogenesis (MDO) effectively treats airway and feeding issues in Pierre Robin sequence (PRS), regardless of whether it is syndromic (sPRS) or isolated (iPRS). This procedure shows significant improvements in breathing and feeding outcomes for all PRS patients.
