e-ASPECTS software improves interobserver agreement and accuracy of interpretation of aspects score

Artificial intelligence (AI) software, Brainomix e-ASPECTS, significantly improved accuracy and agreement in evaluating neuroimaging for acute ischemic stroke. This AI tool enhances ASPECTS score interpretation by neuroradiologists and neurologists.

- Brainomix e-ASPECTS software significantly enhances inter-rater agreement and accuracy in ASPECTS score evaluation.
- AI software proved more predictive of final infarct/ASPECTS than human interpretation alone.
