Summary

Taylor dispersion analysis (TDA) effectively characterized interactions between a polymeric adjuvant (poly(acrylic acid), SPA09) and a vaccine antigen. This method rapidly determined complex size and free antigen percentage, aiding vaccine development for Staphylococcus aureus.
