Extensor mechanism tendinopathy in patients with lateral patellar maltracking

Patellar maltracking patients show higher rates of extensor mechanism tendinosis at younger ages. Increased tibial tuberosity-trochlear groove (TT-TG) distance is a key imaging marker for identifying these at-risk individuals.
