Effect of Isolated Obesity on Left Ventricular Function and Structure: A Single-Center Experience

Isolated obesity does not significantly impact cardiac function. However, higher body mass index (BMI) in males showed negative correlations with left ventricular mass and end-diastolic volume, potentially indicating early cardiomyopathy development.
