Tell-tale diaper rash in Kawasaki syndrome

Abstract:
We have presented three patients in whom a striking desquamating perineal rash developed within the first five days of a febrile illness. Such a rash should raise the suspicion for Kawasaki syndrome even when all criteria are not present.
