Psychoanalysis centers on the Sexual, but it's not the sole interpretive key. Psychopathology arises from unresolved sexual enigmas, requiring analysis of repetition compulsion for healthier resolutions.

The Sexual is a core concept in psychoanalysis, alongside translation/repression, resistance, transference, and Nachträglichkeit.
