Bone Quality as Measured by Trabecular Bone Score in Normocalcemic Primary Hyperparathyroidism

Trabecular bone score (TBS) did not differ in normocalcemic hyperparathyroidism (NHPT). However, TBS adjusted for lumbar spine Z-score may predict moderate-to-severe vertebral fractures in NHPT patients.
