Reliability of Performing Multiparametric Ultrasound in Adult Livers

Multiparametric ultrasound shows moderate to excellent reliability for liver shear wave velocity, attenuation, and variance. However, shear wave dispersion slope and liver-to-kidney ratio measurements need standardization for improved reproducibility in liver steatosis assessment.
