Summary

Beta blockers (BB), latanoprost, and combination therapy did not impact corneal endothelial cell density in glaucoma patients. While latanoprost and combination therapy slightly reduced corneal thickness, the change was not clinically significant.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the impact of beta blockers (BB), latanoprost, and a latanoprost-timolol combination (LTC) on ECD and CCT in POAG patients.
