Elevated serum progesterone does not impact euploidy rates in PGT-A patients

Elevated serum progesterone (P) on ovulation trigger day did not impact embryo quality or euploid embryo rates in women undergoing preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A). Age was the primary factor influencing embryo quality and euploidy rates.

- Further research is warranted to fully elucidate the complex relationship between progesterone elevation and reproductive outcomes.
