The evaluation stage signals the end of the nursing process. The nurse gathers evaluative data to assess whether or not the patient has attained the expected results. Summary

Effective farm interventions require understanding farmer needs and context. This study found that farmer belief in staff capability and the perceived utility of standard operating procedures (SOPs) were key to successful adoption of colostrum management SOPs.
