Dark Chocolate Supplementation Elevates Resting Energy Expenditure in Exercise Trained Females

Dark chocolate (DC) supplementation significantly increased resting energy expenditure (REE) in fit females. However, it did not affect exercise energy expenditure (EEE) or substrate utilization during steady-state cycling.
