Copper metabolism MURR1 domain-containing 5 (COMMD5) suppresses renal cell carcinoma (RCC) by reducing cancer stemness and malignant phenotypes. Low COMMD5 levels correlate with poor patient outcomes, suggesting COMMD5 as a potential therapeutic target.
