[Ultrastructural studies of lymphocytes, polymorphonuclear cells and phagocytes in patients with Duchenne's disease]

The authors have carried out an electron microscopy study of mononuclear cells and granulocytes obtained from 10 patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Although several studies have demonstrated biochemical and immunological defects in these blood cells. no ultrastructural abnormalities were found in the present work.
