Renal Osteodystrophy due to Secondary Hyperparathyroidism in a Cat
A cat with chronic kidney disease experienced severe oral bone loss due to secondary hyperparathyroidism. Dental treatment and renal transplantation (RTx) improved kidney function and reduced parathyroid hormone levels.
