New urinary glycopeptide assays for prostatic acid phosphatase (ACPP) and clusterin (CLU) show promise for detecting aggressive prostate cancer (PCa). Combined with serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA), these biomarkers improve PCa detection accuracy.
