Heart Rate Variability in Postoperative Patients with Nonfunctioning Pituitary Adenoma

Patients with nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma (NFPA) and hormone deficiencies show altered heart rate variability (HRV), indicating cardiac autonomic dysfunction. This suggests a need for proactive cardiovascular risk assessment in these individuals.

- These patients may benefit from preemptive cardiovascular risk evaluation.
- Findings highlight the link between pituitary hormone deficiencies and autonomic dysfunction.
