[Immunoenzymatic method of determining protein hormones in the blood and biological fluids]

The author describes a method of determination of protein hormones in the blood and biological fluids, including peroxidase labeling the hormone, obtaining its specific antibodies and carrying out the reaction between the inadequate amount of antibodies and the hormone determined in the presence of labeled hormone. Sensitivity of the method constitutes 0.5 ng in the test, determination of a standard hormone added to the blood serum--94%.
