Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) is a structured, time-limited therapeutic approach initially developed to treat depression. Summary

Interpersonal Counseling for College students (IPC-C) is a brief therapy that effectively reduced depression and improved adjustment in a pilot study. This mental health intervention shows promise for college students with mild to moderate depression.
