Abstract:
Some important words and phrases are presented in this article which are used by the witness, defendant, defense attorney or plaintiff's attorney in deposition or in trial. It is important that any expert witness or defendant be cognizant of this lexicon in order to avoid mistakes in or misinterpretations of their testimony.
