Abstract:
For more than a year, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented stress, anxiety, sadness, and fear, but it has also allowed people to reflect, learn, self-improve, and change. In this article, the author demonstrates how reflective practice enabled her to improve in two distinctly different leadership roles.
