TFNA Implant Failure with Helical Blade Cut-out

This study reports the first case of Trochanteric Femoral Nail-Advanced (TFNA) helical blade cut-out in an elderly osteoporotic patient with an inter-trochanteric femur fracture. The failure was linked to a high tip-apex distance and poor bone quality, highlighting the need for careful fracture management.
