Summary

This study details the 68Gallium-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (68Ga-FAPI) PET/CT imaging of an uncommon inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor in the mesentery. Findings highlight FAPI PET/CT as a potential diagnostic tool for this rare neoplasm.
