TP53 Mutations with Low Variant Allele Frequency Predict Short Survival in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

TP53 mutations in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) significantly reduce survival, irrespective of variant allele frequency (VAF). This finding supports updating the definition of TP53 mutated CLL for improved clinical risk stratification.
