Measurement invariance (MI) of the European Organisation for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) was confirmed across most cancer patient subgroups. Valid comparisons of EORTC QLQ-C30 latent means are possible, supporting its use in diverse populations.
