Chronic myeloid leukaemia after chemoradiotherapy for solid malignancies

Chemoradiotherapy (CRT) can rarely lead to chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), distinct from more common leukaemias. This report details two cases of CML developing after CRT for other cancers.
