High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a feasible and effective intervention for improving pain, function, and cardiorespiratory fitness in individuals with knee osteoarthritis (OA). This 12-week pilot study demonstrated significant improvements in key health outcomes, suggesting HIIT as a promising exercise modality for knee OA management.
