Background:

Entrepreneurial management is crucial for nursing practice innovation.
Developing specific technologies can support nurses in entrepreneurship.
Validating such technologies ensures their relevance and effectiveness.

Purpose of the Study:

To validate an entrepreneurial management technology tailored for nursing practice.
To assess the experts' agreement on the technology's components and applicability.
To identify areas of consensus and challenges in validating the technology.

Main Methods:

Methodological study involving literature review.
Content validation by 11 recognized entrepreneurial experts.
Delphi conferences conducted between June and September 2018.

Main Results:

Achieved over 90% agreement on all items by the second Delphi round.
Validated items were deemed pertinent, prospective, and conducive to new thinking.
The technology was seen as a tool for nursing professionals to explore opportunities.

Conclusions:

Experts generally supported the initiative, particularly the theoretical and personal/professional qualities dimensions.
Challenges were encountered in validating the methodological steps of the technology.
Further refinement may be needed for the practical implementation of the methodological aspects.
