Left atrial reverse remodeling improves sinus restoration following mitral valve replacement: A case report

Sinus restoration can occur after mitral valve replacement (MVR) surgery for rheumatic heart disease. This case highlights how MVR can lead to left atrial reverse remodeling and return to normal sinus rhythm.
